Is there a minimum age to play?

All players must be 16 years or older to play, any plays by a person under the age of 16 are void and no refund will be made.

When is the draw made?

Monthly draws take place on the 14^th of the month. Weekly draws take place every Sunday.

How is the draw made?

The draw is made online using our verified random name selector.

Do I need to check if I have won?

Winners will be notified directly by email, there is therefore no need for you to check the results.

Are there any deadlines?

Entries for a monthly draw close at 6.59pm on the 14^th. Weekly draws close at 6.59pm every Sunday.

Can I enter more than once?

Multiple draw entries can be purchased.

How long is my entry valid for?

Your payment will recur on a monthly or weekly basis depending on the type of draw. It will remain valid so long as you continue to make the payments.

How do I cancel my entry?

Click into the “Manage Subscription” menu to view your current subscriptions and cancellation options.

My card details have changed, how do I update them?

Click into the “Manage Subscription” menu to view your current subscriptions and update your payment method.

How can I pay for my draw entry?

You will be transferred to our payment provider, Stripe, where payment can be made using all major credit and debit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
